The attack on masculinity has been going on for a long time. The show "In Treatment" is my go to example. Blair Underwood stars in that show, and the effort that was put into the writing to castrate all the male characters but particularly his character really got my attention. Then we meet another strong black character played by Glynn Turman, and he gets castrated too.

You briefly touched on "pizzagate" in this video and it reminded me of a segment i saw on the local news not too long ago.
The story was on an abducted and sexual abused child so i kept my eye on the background. The reporter was reporting in front of a shopping complex and i shit you not, over her left shoulder in the shot was a pizza establishment sign placed perfectly in the frame. I just chuckled and shook my head.
