That shit yesterday really didnβt sit right even more. There so much shit going on, literally how do u even respond to it. I myself try to give the benefit of the doubt, but this recent shit just slapped me in the face with a βnope donβt even try it.β I just canβt give the benefit anymore. Iβve been listening to all sorts of random things recently, just learning about cowboys, black panthers, prolific murders, black inventors, Japanese Samurai Dynasty, and the worse one βthe redemption of general buttnakedβ which is the most outlandish shit I ever seen in a while and just put me on fold for a bit. Thereβs so much information and so much weβre seeing, and it definitely is draining, which is understandable of why you feel the way you feel. I absolutely agree that these courses of events are hard asf to watch, and Iβm just trying to fill my brain with knowledge to help me reevaluate how I handle these situations I come across, and although the things today are just fucking sick, Iβm trying to stay positive. My question to you is, what have you been doing to try and stay positive to rekindle feeling and understanding, if I may ask
