Great analysis Alch. Jokic coming back down to earth now that he has to deal with the Laker's bigs. Clips lack of a big to throw at him (except for Zubac) Allowed Joker to feast offensively. It makes me a little worried about our small frontline. The reclamation of Marquise Chris was one of the few bright spots of the season. But he's only 6'9 and I feel like we need to add a couple of legit bigs if we want to compete with Denver and the Lakers. Maybe we should just keep the pic and draft Wiseman. Or even use the MLE to Trade Acception to try and score another serviceable big instead of a defensive wing (though that's another pressing need for us).

Might work for a game. Once LeBron mentally adjusts I think he’d start taking his time and start knocking them down like warm up shots. He doesn’t want to take them but if he knows your just going to give them to him that’s a different thing imo. Andre is similar in that way. You can’t just Dort him.

What about putting Grant on Ad, and Jokic on lebron. If Jokic goes under every screen, gives him 6-8 feet of space, I would live with lebron shooting every time, the percentages from three or even midrange are unconcerning.

Jokic only had 2 assists, I feel their whole team wasn't moving well. Their transition defense was highly suspect, you basically can't let LeBron get any steam because he will translate the offensive foul into an and-1 every time. They have no answers to AD except to play smart team defense.

found myself routing for the nuggets, can't bring myself to route for dwight for some reason. his impact on this game was crazy, dude hasn't been that important for years. knowing the nuggets offense I imagine they'll heat up and win a game or two but I think this series is pretty much over. Heat Lakers gonna be a sick finals though.

As you/they say, styles make fights (you might have said it in this video), and that is so true. As much as I'd like to see Alch come through on the bet, I think LAL will likely win this series easily. I think game 2 will be interesting. If it's like game 1, then this will be a short series... but, we've seen what happens when DEN is behind. Somehow I think this time will be different.
