I can’t listen to that clown.. what did you get from it?

Athletic Alchemy

Fasho looking forward to it

Elijah Curry

I always got something coming for yall! I will have a video on all this weeks warriors stuff by Saturday. It was a pod, but so much visual stuff to cover it will be a long video.. just takes a lil longer to produce.

Athletic Alchemy

You gonna make a video on that new James Wiseman pre draft workout video? He shoots above his head but it looks like it can go again quite often.. Slow release but what Center doesn’t have a slow release

Elijah Curry

It’s way too early for that.. but I will say, the early look at this class! Looks like Minnesota really fucked up! I will for sure cover the prospects as their seasons play out.

Athletic Alchemy

Sorry skills would be an amazing wing defender and distribute. 6"8 Dramond with a jumper. Could really take pressure of Steph to create and klay to guard as they age. Basically replace Green in 2 years unless he takes a pay cut.

Jon Wardlaw

I think Barnes with his point forward skull

Jon Wardlaw

Suggs,Cunningham,Barnes,Green and Christopher. Yes in that order.

Jon Wardlaw

Welcome Jon 🙏🏽... Very excited and grateful for season. What’s great about having so many plus athletes that can defend, it should hold them all more accountable. You saw it with Dray last year, at a certain point especially with Dlo out there... it was like what’s the point. Now! I think they know and more importantly believe they can be a great defense. I have no doubt Wiggins and Oubre will shot well, my question is Draymond and EP.

Athletic Alchemy

I was hoping you might make a video on if the warriors get Minnesota pick who would be top 5 players they would pick based on need and team preference especially considering thier current roster, salary cap, need and Klay back. Here's my list

Jon Wardlaw

Hey just joined. Im a huge warrior fan growing up in the bay not in Vegas. Iove your work and appreciate your detail and backing up off opinions on like say Max on ESPN just saying all the warriors can't shoot and have no depth not even researching the players he's talking about. I beleave if this team puts in the effort they can be a top 5 defense this year. And wiggins, Ubre, green should all be able to shot plus 45% from the field and plus 36% from 3 with career highs in steals and assists for all of them because of the motion offense and Steph's gravity. Realistically as long as they improve their efficiency bye 3% each percentage wise the backcourt/wings should give you 60per game no prob. And Green plus 3 centers 25...really the backup guards like Pool, Bazemore and pascel just need like 15per game as unit and they should score like 110ish a game.

Jon Wardlaw

Bro did you listen to Ethan's pod this week? Some interesting/disappointing/depressing tidbits there

Gunners4life

EP really should have adapted that set shot ASAP imo.. will see. He really snuck up on d everyone last year

Athletic Alchemy

I agree based on what has been shown by each of these two guys since the season ended, JP seems to have really grown and hopefully he will prove my never ending negativity about his play last year as completely wrong while EP remains much more of a question mark in regards to continued progress or backsliding. I think the Warriors have to begin the season with a plan to take the temperature on which way these two will trend before making a decision on the DPE but of course if a can't pass deal presents itself before the season it's possible they roll the dice and part with either.

Steven Stanley

I expect Poole to be much better this year as you know..more curious to see if EP has worked on some counter moves going right.

Athletic Alchemy

Im not sure which way to lean.. IF Looney is healthy then you are probably right in being more concerned with shot creation.

Athletic Alchemy

I’d love Rose. Right now we r relying so heavily on Poole/Wiggins/Paschall? in the minutes Steph sits for shot creation. And I don’t think this is a recipe for success. Rose (and I guess Lou) would give instant shot creation so that we don’t get killed in the minutes when Steph is out. I’m also not as worried about our big spot as our guard/shooter spot right now. I think Looney/Quise/Wiseman will be a fine platoon. My thing is, I don’t know if it’s worth getting a big for two matchups (Denver, LA). I don’t think the jump to Robin Lopez from our guys is so significant that we need to do something. As you said I’m worried about spacing when Steph is out

Ben Whitaker

The Rockets will only trade guys for a rebuild if they get a equally good/better player and/or picks.

Pirate Ramsay

The DPE is an insurance policy for E.P. & J.P. The Warriors need Poole and/or Paschal to become the microwave(s) off the bench via 3 ball shooting (Poole) or 3 level scoring (Paschall) and if that does not occur in the first 20 games the the DPE becomes the play. Although I really like the JaVale option.

Steven Stanley

With the DPE and MLE they could offer the best deal on the buyout market, but trade or buyout there does not appear to be anyone that would bring enough to the table for the expense. A perfect scenario could unfold but it would be mostly dependent on how the team is doing, their needs, and if there is someone that could meet their needs.

Windfury

Yeah see that almost defeats the purpose of it.. none of these guys are worth that!

Athletic Alchemy

Everything I have read says they would have to pay the luxury tax on what ever salary they pick up using in. Ouch

Windfury

Do they get taxed on it tho!? Not sure.. but I agree they sit on it for a while, also see what the buyout market looks like.

Athletic Alchemy

Given that they did not already use it, I think they are going to hold on to the DPE until mid-season and see how they are doing. If they are doing well and need an extra boost they will use it. If the DPE would not get anyone that would move the needle and I think they would let it go unused. The luxury tax on the DPE would be expensive and they are already paying a ton in luxury tax on Oubre. They would need the right person at the right price to make the right difference; a fairly unlikely scenario in my opinion.

Windfury

The way I see it.. soft tissue pulls can usually be avoided. Hamstring, lower back... ankle rolls and knees are an avoidable most of the time.

Athletic Alchemy

I agree... but I think that would be the only way

Athletic Alchemy

Yeah I thought he played well last year..

Athletic Alchemy

It was initially my coaching and training brand

Athletic Alchemy

Yo alch forgive me if you’ve answered already but what’s the origin of your brand? Did you just go with what sounded cool? Cuz it’s dope tbh

Teo

What about getting Burks back? Knicks aren't going anywhere and burks is on an one year deal 6mil. He provides scoring, not as a good shooter as lou will, but he is a better on-ball defender

Breno Guimarães

Lou williams 💰 🤞 🤞

Sending EP away for Tucker would be a terrible trade imo

Calum Stapleton

I love Derrick Rose and he deserves a chip about as much as anybody but I don't trust him with our medical staff. He has the work ethic to build his body and come back from injuries but I dunno. It may be coincidence it may not be but ever since Atlanta nabbed Chelsea from us we've been having injuries left and right. I dunno if they're correlated but I've been losing faith in our med staff more and more each year.
