One thing Im woried about Wiseman is that nobody on the warriors roster is built like him and therefore when players like Draymond lecture Wiseman on defense, they always emphasize the verticality rule. But I truly believe Wiseman with his athleticism and length can be a ferocious shot blocker, right now he does too much of that hands up stay straight up thing when he could've just take a swipe and erase the shot

Credit to Wannamaker he's been playing better than in his first several games seems to have calmed down some. I can now see part of why they brought him in. Regardless though I think Poole is worth giving more minutes and see what comes out of it.

Definitely saw an "emotional equilibrium" with this team. Wiseman shaking of his indecisiveness, Oubre massively slowing down his game, and Steph getting calmer and not jumping like crazy on his shots. Not sure what's up with Kerr though lol

I definitely think Dray is giving me some game. From what it sounds like Wiseman is VERY receptive in general so I definitely believe he is getting some game from Dray. It would be silly for someone to be so "I wanna learn" but ignore Dray when he's done it all and a smaller size too. Although, of course, the coach's are being coach's but you replace on court teaching.

I don't buy the standard wisdom that Draymond is tutoring Wiseman. Dray is the kind of guy who likes to think of himself as an OG. Being lectured to is not a good way to learn for Wiseman or anyone. I suspect JW is learning from the assistant coaches and just from experience while he tunes out Draymond. ....Kudos to Alch for seeing Wiseman yelling at Wannamaker to throw him the damned ball. That is the kind of thing that indicates growth.

Bazemore is lowkey one of my favorite additions. I was super excited when I heard we signed him. He's just a really solid player and always maximum effort all over the floor. I know this is a little blasphemous but I think he's going to kind of be our Barbossa this season.

Was a fun game to watch for sure. The Clippers and Lakers wins were more satisfying but just internally within the team this seemed to be their best game yet. The chemistry is coming along and guys are getting more comfortable in their roles. I think they should rest Wiggins if he needs it the last thing this team needs is for him to miss any significant amount of time. Wiseman is coming along nicely we still have to be patient but a lot of good signs for such a young player who basically came straight out of high school. Poole really deserves more minutes pre season all you saw out of the dubs social media was about how much hard work he had put in over everyone else on the team and then you short him on minutes like this? Not cool. At least give him a chance and show him the same patience you have to the likes of Wannamaker, Looney and Molder.

This game showed growth. Didn't let off of the lead, we saw Wiseman being more aggressive and showing off what he has learned, tested and showed ways they could combat the Box And 1, etc. I wouldn't call it hollow; this team is just rounding out now, so a performance like this is pretty nice to see. Spurs were 6-2 in their last 8 games; they're not a bad team by any means

Wiseman in this game looked like OK enough of this scared to make a mistake bull shit, I'm going to start playing a little pissed off, the Troll look was to that, 5 games ago he doesn't give that look. I want him to get a foul or 3 for too much aggression going after boards, stop accepting block outs, go home and watch Rodman tapes and fight for it.

Hell no, especially not on this team. We don't want him to live in the midrange. Yes he should work on it so its consistently a threat, but hes a hyper athletic 7fter. He needs to live right near the rim like he was doing in this game. If I start seeing him clank turn around jumpers from 15ft, Im blaming you! hahaha

I think in the 1st qtr, he got a pass right under the basket and just froze...passing it to the perimeter resulting in a turnover. I was listening to the Spurs crew at that point and even they were flabbergasted at how Looney passed up an obvious dunk. I really hope he gets a little more pep in his step, he's just felt a beat too slow all season.

I think this win was a little hollow. Steve Kerr said best win of the season. I'm not sure. I think the Clippers game was the best win of the season. The spurs could not hit the backside of a barn. Aldridge had no interest in being physical and since the spurs 1st unit is small we didn't get crushed on the glass. Despite the offense which was decidedly better than it's been I don't think this game proved much. The Jazz will be the better measuring stick to where we are at. The Knicks may prove a more formidable test as well with Mitchell Robinson and Randle.

Just noticed you never even mentioned Looney once. He actually had a solid game but that's Looney in a nutshell. That play where Steph broke Patty Mills' ankles into the screen was sooo dirty. With the rest of the guys jelling on offense, these gimmicky defenses don't stand a chance.

Before 2013, the Spurs had the Warriors number. I just remember not taking any games when they were playing in SA. I bet Steph stills feels a way about that and I'm here for it.

Game by game the Warriors are finding roles and connections, growing and getting better. Although I think ultimately the Dubs are going to end up being a year away from a full return to being a dominate team, this year will still be a fun ride probably with a heartbreak at the end but next year get out of our way.

I totally missed out on the last two games but did watch them recorded and watched your videos as well. They're old news now so I didnt comment on your videos. But that lakers game was nice!! This game was one of the first times this whole year where I was actually confident we would win from beginning to end. And seeing them FINALLY understand the timing on lobs and dump off passes to Wiseman was great. He still needs to work on open court decision making but Im loving his mindset. Im thankful I never gave up on Oubre. He's starting to pay off big time. Coupled with his energy and defense, he's finally hitting shots and his team defense IQ is ever so slightly improving. We could actually slip into the 6th-7th seed at this rate! Still am on the "get rid of Wanamaker" boat. Im not getting off anytime soon. Any time we can get a real playmaker/ball handler off the bench in the PG spot, I'll be hoping we can make an offer for that. I know he's been crucial in a handful of games now but I still dont trust him handling the ball. Things are looking up man!!!

This is gonna sound crazy but that first half was the best I'VE EVER seen Steph play. Everything he did was pure gold, and almost every point was because of the attention he was getting somehow. Just total domination. Also at 2:40 I really hate that play...just take it to the rim, sick of the fast break threes unless it's Steph.
