Wigs has to get back SOON as it takes him a while to get up to speed. We don’t have that much time.

Bres

We must try and keep Donte

Bento Joaquim

I almost spit out my coffee with that Garuba Tiktok dance bit. Good stuff, Alch.

Lex Vargas

Fire 🔥

Ryan Mitchell

Given the weirdness of Wiggins absence, and how weak he looked in his earlier return, I’m losing hope that the Warriors will get the Wiggs they need to be competitive in the playoffs.

Ejikeme Uzoigwe

Jokes were on point lol, the utter disrespect they give Kelenna is too good.

John Z

whats funny is the grizz are the higher seed i aint afraid of one bit this year lol

KuraiT

we had something similar of a reverse with sdot

Fuq yu

We gave Wiseman 3 years atleast let pbj finish his first

ron burgundy??

IF we are healthy we always got a shot, with Steph and Wiggs back, we should be able to make a push, once in the playoffs, no one really wants us except the arrogant ass Grizz

Raze

Can Warriors get not a big man to help Loney? Why not Boogie Cousins

Joseph Mayen

kerrygold irish

Fuq yu

imagine anybody in the stadium could get a tech, people in the crowds on the phone get a tech, boring announcers getting techd, the food workers delivering shit quality, uh that’s a tech! we’re not that far off from the manufactured consent that is sport entertainment iykyk

Fuq yu

Yeah I walked away from this game saying ok.. it’s not over but we need to run an 8 man in the playoffs.. I’m starting to wonder if the moody and ty magic is running out.. Id love to see PBJ get more minutes going forward…

Offtopic K

PBJ is in the same mold as a player as Otto. Obviously Otto has the middy, and is a positional defender and good rebounder and knockdown shooter. PBJ can be that right now.

Lyle Mabalot

klay def wanted to say kehlani but that wouldve been disrespetful lmao

Even with this win, it's time to blow it up. The core isn't getting better and we can't expect huge leaps from either Poole or Wiggins. I've generally defended Kerr for years and years. It's always much easier to nitpick rotations from the sidelines than be the one actually making the decisions in the middle of the game. But in a game like this against the worst team in the league not playing Kuminga 30 minutes is a real head scratcher. I understand he wasn't havig a great game but for the love of god he is the only young kid on the team who is anyway close to contributing right now. He needs minutes and reps as much as possible. I'll be shocked if this team gets higher enough to avoid the play-in, they might even miss the playoffs alltogether. As long as the core is around then Kerr is going to be around and most likely nothing will change. They will still believe they can contend and develop simultaneously. They won't do it but they should clean house completely in the off season. A complete reset from the ground up.

Gotta remain dynamic.. I’d say give the kids first crack most nights. But if there is matchup say the lakers front line then maybe you go JMG first

Athletic Alchemy

Have you ever seen PBJ make a shot that wasn’t a three pointer or a random rebounding putback? He has NO game inside the arc. Couldn’t the coaches design a play for him with his back to the basket? Houston went at him three consecutive times and got three buckets before he righted the ship and forced a miss or two. I like him, but…….. If the Warriors miss the playoffs will that mean Draymond is expendable? Somebody has to go to make the budget work.  JK seems to have hit one of those plateaus that professional athletes seem to inevitably reach. From here he could push through to a brilliant career, or maybe this is as good as he gets. I’d bet on the former.

Jerry Heverly

Yeah someone else said something like that… if that’s the case, that’s weak AF imo.

Athletic Alchemy

lol Alch @the Draymond outfit rip RE: Wiggins - my friend plays guitar regularly at a lunch spot across the street from Chase Center, and he's met Wiggins a couple times. His thoughts: "Wiggins wife is just too beautiful"

Daniel Fries

Hey Alchemy, I'd love to get your thoughts on this take. The Warriors would be better off if Kuminga, and PBJ get every minute over Lamb and JMG for the rest of the season. 60 games over and the Warriors are still barely holding .500, I'm off the opinion this is who they are, regardless of how early they get Steph back. Kerr saying that JMG and the two ways do things that don't show up on the stat sheet just seems disingenuous at this point. There is no world where Lamb and JMG are the deciders in a playoff series, whereas Kuminga and PBJ might be. Dubs need size, shooting, and athleticism more than anything right now, which is what you get with the young guys. I would rather the Warriors ride with the youth and miss the playoffs this year rather than play these "vets" and get bounced in the 2nd round all beat up before the off-season. Getting the most out of the next 2-3 years of Steph and Klay is going to need the youngsters to step into a role rather than rotting on the bench behind a 6'5" "center" that doesn't rebound or play defense. Steph, Klay, Dray, Wiggins, Looney, Poole, GP2, Kuminga, PBJ, and (maybe) Moody looks like a pretty scary line up to me when healthy. Anyway, love the content as always. Keep on the grind

Grant Bilby

my completely irresponsible speculation is that Wiggs got long covid and they didn't wanna call it that

Pete Lee

Saw an injury report for tomorrow that both Andre and Wiggs are game time decisions. That status is an upgrade from out the past 2 weeks.

Anthony Berry

Completely true the thing about is, in past seasons because Loons numbers have sometimes been modest i can see how casual fans might not see how valuable his play is but in the playoffs last year and most of this his numbers are improved. Like last night, Loon is just always making the right basketball play and hey, he plays every game.

Steven Stanley

PBJ is shooting 47.5% (28/59) on the season from three which is buck wild to me. Eye test confirms that he looks like a knock down shooter too and you talked about the fit with kuminga but what about the fit w draymond too? I think a lineup of Steph klay wigs , PBJ and draymond would have the potential to stretch defenses to the breaking point. I know he’s just a rookie and his shooting isnt high volume yet but he really does look like if he stays healthy, he fills a really useful role on this team because I think he has some real passing upside too.

Noah

This season it basically seems to come down to someone on the Warriors has to do something crazy for us to win. I think back just to last year in the finals where every game we would only score about 105-110 but could keep the teams down with some good d. If we're going for the hero ball offense, we'll be stuck at .500 and struggle to make the playoffs, let alone contend.

David Y

Looney is so underrated, it's insane. I remember when fans wanted us to bench him for Wise lol.

A m a r Singg

Klay absolutely butchers Kalenna's name on purpose. It's hilarious.

John Pettus

Great thumbnail! Klay on the job.

Alex Dixon

The draymond outfit roast was probably the most subtle funniest thing you’ve ever said

Ben D

Would love to keep Ty Jerome for next year, he's such a Warriors player. His cuts to the hoop in the second half are things we've sorely missed this year (awareness). Love PBJ too, hope he gets all of Moody's run and some of Lamb's as well. Jerome and PBJ would shine here next year, Warriors type of players through and through. PBJ gives them a big wing they can play with Kuminga who can shoot for spacing. Kerr even said they are looking at PBJ with both Looney and Green on the floor. In today's game you need a big who can shoot, and the Warriors have always had 1-2 of them when they were good (Speights, Otto/Beli). Only thing with PBJ is his health, I heard his ankle still bothers him and he was load managed in Santa Cruz as well.

A m a r Singg

Kerr loves PBJ. The entire team thought Moody would be the wing, but the issue is Moody is terrible rn, shooting 32% from 3 and getting outplayed by Lamb. PBJ still dealing with an ankle as well.

A m a r Singg

Rockets are terrible we should have won by 30! Last year we had Chioza at the Ty Jerome spot and he didn’t play as much. Instead divy up Ty/Lamb minutes for PBJ. Give him 20-25 minutes while Wiggins/Steph are out. Sundays game is huge against Minnesota! We cannot lose!

Chris Hall

PBJ looking nice every time he touches the floor, but Kerr will bury him for players that can't make decisions because "they do all the little things”...

CNeal213

Pbj plays smart maybe never be a true rim protector and if kuminga doesn’t become an elite defender.it is because he didn’t want to.

GC

Nice O, but can D also become elite?

Chip Tingle

Looney had his best season ever last year especially in the playoff but he's been even better this year, plays his minutes never hurt, consistent game in game out. Respect.

Steven Stanley

Pbj and kuminga can be a nice frontcourt pair if they develop nicely.
