Yea, I did NOT expect him to be a Marxist or anything. I fully assumed he would be in the progressive / social democracy camp. Either way, I appreciated his insight generally and his expertise in stoicism specifically.

2021-08-13 15:48:03 +0000 UTCSuper interesting, Massimo's ideological position was very disappointing, but it makes sense for people who lived through European social democracy to be shielded from many impactful experiences that should easily sway people to identify as socialists.
