This is great, and makes sense. However, it leaves me more confused than ever about something else. I was finally getting past the "aether" way of thinking about moving through space and able to think of every velocity as equally valid as a "stationary" point of view. But thinking about space as described in this video makes that viewpoint harder than ever for me to maintain in my head. If space has all these qualities, it sure seems like something against which we could measure our absolute motion.
