UPDATE: Patreon bug and wrong rewards!

Hello and Happy Spring! 🌷 

Some of you have reached out to me because you have received the wrong February reward in the mail. This problem seems like it only affected those who initially signed up for one of the $15 tiers (Either SFW or NSFW) and then switched to the other one some time before February 28th. 

When I package my letters, I use Patreon's Relationship manager and filter patrons based on their tiers. So I would package SFW Lily of the Valley, label envelopes and then move on to the other tiers. I seal and stamp everything at the end! I make note of how many patrons are on each tier based on the filter and that's how much I order plus a little extra to account for any damages/replacing lost mail/any new patron sign ups.

The problem is caused by if a patron signed up and was charged for SFW first and then switched to NSFW, they would still be filtered in the SFW list despite the change or vice versa. Their 'current tier' status on the list would also be displayed as '$15: Lily of the Valley'. However, I found that if I clicked on a patron's info then their status would change to '$15: (18+) Lily of the Valley' but they would still be on the SFW list regardless. 

I contacted Patreon and they did reach back to me! It seems like it's a technical issue which is great since this isn't because of the tiers being both the same price ($15) and that my patreon is set to upfront-charge. 

The bad news is that it might be a problem for a while so I have to figure out ways to prevent this for the next few months until this is resolved. 

To prevent this from happening again:

•  I'm going to take notes whenever Patreon alerts me that a Patron switched tiers as a reminder to double-check at the end of the month
• I might also have to go through each person individually since Patreon sometimes just doesn't notify me about changes that a Patron makes :l So this means mail might also be delayed because I'm double-checking for everyone's rewards. 
• If you do switch between tiers, please let me know so I can make a note of it! It'll be super helpful and will make it easier for me to not miss you! 💕
