Emotional Sorting Hypnosis

Basically, I wanted to improve my own scripts, to try and get out of the sameness that I've felt lately, and this was the attempt to do exactly that. Overall, I am curious to know what everyone thinks of this video as a result of that. Better? Worse? I'm interested in knowing. At the same time, the video itself has the listener divide all their thoughts and feelings into two boxes, and then take the positive ones back into themselves, while teaching them how to put away their negative thoughts and feelings in the future.
