Question On What Person To Use In Files

Do you prefer for files to be made in the third person, that is to say have them be about someone else or someone undefined doing things to you, or do you prefer for them to be in the first person, where I specifically am doing things to you?
I ask, because I tend to go between them, but for a lot of my files, especially the sexual ones, I tend to revert to third person almost reflexively. The question is, do you prefer this? Or would you rather I use the first person instead, the way I do for a lot of my submission/control files?
