The Crown Tournament hasn't been approved yet for the physical book... This is on Amazon. They're the ones publishing it this time around, and I thought the physical book would've been ready much sooner (I gave it to them a while back) but alas, it is not. AS SOON AS I HAVE IT, I'll mail it to everyone! Sorry for the delay, but you'll get it!
