December Personal Update [12/11/2023]

Hey peeps!

I figured I should give you a mild update. I have lots of good news, but since I kept you all in the loop regarding Gigi and me (and our medical journey) I figured I would so that update first!

GOOD NEWS!

Gigi is actually in much better shape than the vet originally thought. Her kneecap is out of place, and her legs grew in weird, but apparently, John and I has given her so much good food and love and care that she got nutrients she didn't get as puppy, and her leg is stronger than expected.

We were going to do a risky surgery, but now we can do the much safer one, so everything is going to be totally fine (at least, as close as it can be) and that makes me super happy. She's doing so well, and recovering from the knee procedure! Look at her face!!!

BETTER NEWS??

I went to a fertility doctor and received medication. They said I was perfectly healthy, which is great, but also adds to everyone's confusion. Apparently (and I find this interesting) but fertility rates across all the United States have significantly dropped.

BUT, the doctors seem really helpful and confident I'll have a child before it's too late. Thank you everyone who sent me well wishes. It means the world!

I'll get the Astra Academy short story out soon.
