Lyvia Sketch [Kickstarter Update 2/5/24]

Hey peeps!

I'm literally just waiting on the physical books of the Kickstarter campaign. I had problems getting the interior layout because of a bizarre set of restrictions. The book (because it's sewn shut) needs to be dividable by 8, 16, or 32 pages, but because I'm using higher quality paper for the Bestiary section, it has its own requirements.

ALSO, the pictures for the interior story section must be on certain pages, and one of them messed with the page count at one point...

You get the picture, lol

It required me going back and forth with a formatter over this issue.

ANYWAY, that's boring. What's exciting is that I'm preparing for books 3-4 to get the same treatment. This time, I'm working with Rashed Al Akroka to do artwork of Lyvia and Evianna.

You can see his sketch above! That's Lyvia. It's just a rough sketch (so I have something to show on the Kickstarter) but the final version will be in beautiful color.

I figured I'd show you peeps. Also, I'll be doing special posters/prints of the interior artwork for from the Kickstarter to give to all Patreons (if they want them) since they were so beautiful. Especially the picture of Calisto, LOL

Let me know what scenes from book 3-4 you'd love to see high-quality artwork of, and I'll likely make it happen.
