Incoming 2 week hiatus for the comic.

I want to begin this announcement by saying that I love drawing, I love comics, and I love working on fairies vs tentacles, and I still have years of content planned (or semi planned) for it, but Real Life has been hard on me lately, and all the positivism I had for the new year has already drained away. That's because I am probably burnt out. My wife warned me about this 6 months ago, and we were supposed to take a vacation in September, which then was delayed to October only to be ultimately canceled due to medical emergencies.
I've been freelancer for 6 years and never took a vacation, because I didn't feel I needed it, I just love my job! But 2018 thoroughly kicked my ass and, well, now I'm just tired all the time, and yet suffer from insomnia, I eat antiacid tablets like candies and suffer from headaches every day, so I think I'm just thoroughly exhausted. I was proud of having never skipped a page update for 4 years in a row, and intended to continue to do so, but I've reached my limit it seems, I need to take a break.
I've asked friends and fans on discord, and everybody seemed to agree that it's a good idea, so I will be taking the firs two weeks of February off, which mean there will be no comic updates for neither fairies vs tentacle nor Grim Fate comic, public updates will also stop for fvt for two weeks. On the 1st I will upload an image on the various websites explaining the situation. This coming Monday's page is almost finished, and I do have the emperor's character sheet and a character question that are almost done, so there will be more content incoming before next month.
So while February will still have updates on the second half of the month, I'm making this announcement to warn everyone about my vacation in case you want to cancel or pause your pledge, it's your right. For the 10$+ tier, commissions token will still be earned. (There has been commission progress, btw, almost 2 slots cleared.)
If you decide to continue your support, well, I thank you for your awesomeness, and hopefully I will be back from my vacation well rested and ready to churn out more content than ever!

You're right not to take this lightly; a friend of mine, who is a professional artist, has almost compromised his back, and another friend, sadly, got permanent damage to her drawing hand! Overworking is never a good thing, and we have just one body. So please take all the time you need, and use it to take care of yourself, your health and your loved ones. We will be waiting for you when you're ready to get back to drawing!
