New off-site host - 32 threads 192 GB Ram
Added 2019-04-12 11:48:43 +0000 UTCSo i set about building a new host as i was scratching stuff to disk, I managed to get hold of a dell R620 where the Idrac and LifeCycle controller didn't work, I got idrac working but it needed a new motherboard, So i managed to get hold of a cheap used V2 motherboard, swapped everyting over and we were winning
I bought some more Ram and swapped some out of another host to give me 192GB - plenty for now
I also bought a pair of intel 2650 V2 CPUs , 8 core 16 threads each - which are much better than what i had before and seem to be using less power at the moment
The host has been swapped over and is currently running 2 x 1 TB SSDS and 2 x 600GB SDS drives with another host running the 6 x 3 TB drives.
