The comic revolves around Hulk undergoing a transformation that happens every few months. He's locked up in the Avengers secret basement containment unit. Can it hold him? And if it doesn't, the only people around who can stop him are Black Widow and The Wasp. Can these ladies survive the wrath of Hulk?
