First video of 2023!
You will notice that this video is a bit different from our previous content, hopefully in a good way.

We have learned a lot last year and in December our channel started to gain a lot of traction and new subscribers by us daily uploading shorts.
So me and Jan, our elite cameraman and editor, had multiple discussions and analysis about what makes some of our videos more successful than others.

In this video about hand grenades we have tried to include all of our findings. For example - the video start immediately, the logo animation is as short as possible and there is no long boring intro.
I try to speak with more enthusiasm and faster than normal, only stating the facts and interesting stuff so there is no time in the video where potential viewers would get bored and click away. Hopefully this will bring us better viewer retention which is important for the great Youtube algorithm.
We also used pictures and videos as b-roll instead of just footage of me standing there and talking.

The content of the video was also adapted to the audience that we are trying to reach more - which are occasional shooters, gun owners, airsofters, gamers and even more general audience. So i tried to simplify the topic and explanation while still keeping it interesting.

Even the thumbnail is a result of many hours of work, trying to enhance it and make it pop in a way, that it doesn't look like clickbait and as natural as possible.

Honestly, we aren't sure this will work but at least we are trying and testing. In my opinion this is still a very fun and interesting video even for our regular viewers and subscribers. I really hope you will like it.
