Most of these relate to questions about the discord server and my guidelines
FAQ:
Q: Where are the files?
A: In the discord server, you can join it by linking your discord account to Patreon. I have 0 tolerance for alt accounts & accounts must be at least 90 days old to join.
Q: Why was I banned from the discord server?
A: Most likely because you were a member of ANY leaking server/reselling servers. If you want to buy content from legit creators, you are expected to keep your distance from leaked/resold content. Regardless of if its my content or not.
Q: Can I get a refund?
A: I do not give out refunds for the reason that you're purchasing digital files. And once purchased, you can download these items on your PC and have permanent access to them regardless of if you lose your Patreon subscription. If you were banned automatically by a bot for being flagged as a reseller/leaker that's completely on you, and there isn't much I can do to help you.
Q: Can I request a custom item?
A: You can direct message me on instagram, patreon, or discord Krush#3500 to get commissions done.
GUIDELINES/RULES:
By subscribing to my Patreon account you are expected to follow the guidelines/rules, this consists of.
1. No leaking, redistributing, sending files to friends, reselling, or any file sharing of any sort.
(I make my prices on this page pretty low & affordable so if you meet somebody who wants a file, just redirect them here. They shouldn't have a problem paying a small price for several items.)
2. Using other creators files without paying for them originally is not tolerated. If you are seen using items that another creator made without purchasing it from them, you will be banned & blocked from the Patreon/Discord.
3. Follow Discord ToS in the server.
4. Creating retextures on my content is fine, if you want to sell retextures on my content you will need to get consent from me. Along with you cannot post the models for the item, only your textures. Redirect people back to my model here.
