The problem was here..

A massive thank you for all your help, I got the inside door panel off in the end, it was these round things that didn't let me to remove it and it felt stuck, but thankfully I ve got someone with a special tool and removed the panel. Regarding the window - nothing was wrong with the fuse, the window was just pushed down too deep and it got stuck, so it was a matter of wiggling the window with the mechanism and pushing it upwards and that's it. All works again :))
