I am excited for Fansigns again! To avoid the problem you mentioned that caused Fansigns to go away last time (people waiting until the end of the month to submit their names), you could put a time limit on the submissions? Like "Submit your chosen name for Fansigns by the 15th of the month" that way you will have all the names so can do them all at once and might ensure people do not wait. Would be easier on you and give everyone plenty of time to send you something.
