Tier Adjustment

I made an edit/update to my 5$ tier. Since It's been a while since I last opened for commissions, didn't make sense to have the "Commission Dibs" benefit. Additionally, I'll likely be trying something a bit new for commissions (Thinking in-stream commissions?), coming this December.
