[IRL] Working Out With Astolfo! 🩷🤸‍♀️(he struggles to do basic exercises😭)

From stretches, push-ups, and squatting on the camera, watch my wimpy and pathetic unathletic ass struggle to do these simple workouts. 💀 You have permission to laugh. But hey it's a start right??

I know this is SUPER SCUFFED, but I hope it's still enjoyable. Let me know if you enjoyed or not. Be honest. I was also a little scared to keep in the squats because I hate how I look, but fuck it we ball. 🏀🔥 One day if I can get my own place, I hope to massively improve my IRL quality~

1. I like 2. sniffa 3. for butt bridges it's best to lay your arms flat on the ground and really squeeze your glutes on the way up 4. for sit-ups you really shouldn't lift your butt/lower back off the ground it just puts more strain on your back and not your core. you also shouldn't feel any strain in your neck. it's fine if don't sit all the way up not going all the way up is just as effective as going all the way up 5. for push-ups IT IS OKAY TO START ON YOUR KNEES starting on your knees helps you build strength with out putting to much strain on your arms,core,and back it's not a half push-up it's not cheating it's the starting line 6.fully extend your supporting arm and legs. start off with no weight just holding the position for about 30 secs if you can't that's fine you shouldn't add weight until you can hold with only somewhat mild discomfort 7. kettle bell thrust I assume that's what your going for just research it 8. fro squats your knees shouldn't go over your toes your back must remain straight and you should spread your legs a bit for balance, bringing them closer for a slightly higher difficulty. most importantly you don't have to go all the down, the further down you go the higher the difficulty. If you want better tips for at home calisthenics I recommend Jax blade on YT for better explanations and more exercise variety PS you're doing great starting is the best thing you can do keep up the good work Debby 👍

Also I'm very proud of you For doing your best especially on the push ups I can barely do those ;w; also the squats (⁠ꏿ⁠﹏⁠ꏿ⁠;⁠) only makes me want that pov more. Or you sitting your bulge on us. Sorry if these comments are too goonery I don't wanna make you uncomfortable :3

Like I said before you look beautiful! I really love all those "imperfections" and I thought the vid was really good not scuffed at all :3 also . . The sit up pov 0//w//0 makes me want a bulge sniffing pov vid

I enjoyed this Trust I have to do full body workouts Monday Thru Friday, I can feel the pain But I enjoyed this, especially the boots shots. Also your a champ in doing this wearing a Mask and a wig, I can't imagine how hard it's gonna be washing that wig. Eitherway, This was another great IRL Video, Deb. And I look forward to Next Month's IRL ASMR video.
