Discussing AKOTSK Episode 4 with Alt Schwift X
Added 2026-02-06 08:40:01 +0000 UTCDue to A FOOTBALL GAME, KSK episode 4 has come out early! Which means Dunk Time episode 4 comes out early too! Yippee! Two 3-hour videos in one week, isn't that awesome.
Concurrently working on both this and the YT cut of episode 3 is frying my brain, but I think I'll make it through this trying time. I would love to get the YT cut of episode 3 out today also, but getting this out on time was obviously more important.
I am having an awesome time with this season. The early screeners, the shorter episode, the more relaxed tone of the showβ¦ compared with HOTD S2, this has been an absolute breeze for us. People are a lot less combative about our opinions this time around π Hope you're enjoying it as much as we are.
This is the stuff.

2026-02-07 02:53:17 +0000 UTCWhat I take from the Arlan shrug at the knighting scene: The shots mirror the knighting of Raymun but Arlans gesture to Dunk gives me the vibes of "does it really matter if I ever knighted you or not? As long as you act like a true knight, it doesent matter. Nor should it." As in title or not, its the acting upon it that truly matters. So to me it feels rather encouraging in that way.

2026-02-06 22:42:57 +0000 UTCQuite interesting that you're both a bit 'meh' (from a high baseline, in fairness) on this episode, whereas from watching it weekly, it felt like the pressure being released and things properly moving forward. I wonder if I'll think this feels like a bridging episode when I inevitably binge it (it's only an afternoon of media) once it's finished. Bingeing (from screeners) might give a different impression, perhaps?
