He can have a good line here and there but his delivery is terrible so his jokes never land. He just seems like a fish out of water. Compared to Mark, Joe, and Ari it's basically like Schiavone doesn't even do comedy. Seems like a nice dude, but as Mark put it, having him there feels pretty make-a-wish-y and I think it makes these live eps worse because he offers nothing for the others guys to riff on. You can tell Mark doesn't think Schiavone's funny but he wouldn't tell Joe not to bring him. Joe needs be bringing a guest like Louie or Bobby Kelly to these things, not Schiavone

I don’t get the Schiavone hate, especially from the crowd. Both in this and the last live one he had several good ones that got nothing, while the other guest has some duds that gets more laughs. He must give off a weird vibe that I just don’t get. KOOKS OF HAZARD!!!!

I think Joe List is too aware of the clash of sense of humour. Mark & Joe have silly, self-deprecating humour whereas Rogan is the complete opposite. And that makes Joe List uncomfortable unfortunately.

I think Rogan makes him uncomfortable and completely throws him off his game. It sucks because when Joe is himself he makes Rogan laugh (the comment on the pod with Louis about doing anal with his wife and finding out she was exposed to covid for example.) most of the time on JRE Joe is talking in his quiet molester voice trying to be all zen and it just isn’t funny.
