McDonald’s lost that case because they were intentionally heating their coffee well over what would be the normal temperature would be. Guess their studies showed that drive through coffee drinkers wouldn’t take their first sip until like 10 minutes after they received it in the drive through (so the coffee would potentially be cold or colder than what the average person would prefer). So they decided to make the coffee hot as fuck so when the person actually took a sip (assumed 10 mins later) it’d still be hot. They also knew of many other cases where folks were getting their dick holes burned and just gave them happy meal vouchers. Ronald McDonald was quoted in a deposition saying “fuck ‘em” in reference to an elderly woman’s 12th degree burns. Grimis had a similarly incriminating transcript.

I've seen this episode 5,684 times. The mentioning of "Bob Cobb" still makes me laugh.

A lot of the “that’s so Larry” lines are the other writers. The rumor that most stories in the show are from Larry’s life isn’t 100% accurate. Most were from the writer’s personal interactions in real life. There’s a good video on YT with the writers telling where a lot of the shows got ideas.

Agreed Vimeo sucks dick. When I travel I pay for YouTube Premium so I can download videos to watch offline, this sort of thing would be perfect on a flight but if it's not on YT it's pointless listening audio only so it's no good to me. Even just generally Vimeo is worse in every way. Maybe they can't put full episodes of Seinfeld on Youtube though I guess

Yo they really coulda paused the episode several times as they talk over some great moments. I love hearing Mark reflect on Joe saying "I'll take it" but it's conflicting with the show cuz they don't pause it. Maybe chuck needs a pause button to hit whenever they forget..

Lets stick with Seinfeld. And YouTube. I can't watch Vimeo links on my TV with my PS5. It seems like it's random whether it's YouTube or Vimeo for MQTV, what if we kept it on YouTube?

I was thinking Mark and Joe could watch a few movies in their own time that they decide on ahead of time & do movie discussion once in awhile, a la Joe & Raanan Talk Movies (RIP). Thanks for all the hard work and content Team TWS!

I remember hearing Seinfeld quotes all the time in the office by my co workers at the time. I never saw the show so I never could laugh along. My co workers were much older than me and watched the show back in the day on normal TV. Once Netflix started offering that show I binged watched the hell out of it. It was pretty cool seeing where the quotes came from and seeing the episode storylines my old co workers referenced all the time.

I love the idea of expanding them, I’ll bring it up! Good call
