Mass Effect Andromeda: Annihilation
Added 2021-03-07 23:33:23 +0000 UTCHey everyone! This is Kenneth. Just wanted to address something here for y'all ahead of time so it doesn't take you by surprise at the end of the episode.
Long story short, I'm having a medical procedure done later this month (I'm fine! Just some stuff that's going to make podcasting difficult for a little bit) that's required us to move scheduling and recording around for Normandy FM this month. As such, we're having to cancel our planned episode covering Mass Effect: Foundation. The time investment and the timeline of my medical stuff has made it pretty much impossible for us to read and cover a 13-issue comic series.
As such, our Annihilation episode is going to be our last one as a Bioware retrospective (for now). There's still BioBits and our planned Legendary Edition roundtables to look forward to, however. All things considered, Annihilation feels like a good note to leave the series we started this show on. Especially with the next game looming off in the distance, as it leaves us with some pointed questions about the future of the franchise.
Enjoy this show. I think it's a pretty good one. We'll see you all in The Last of Us later this month.
