In the world we live in, when you see the number of misogynistic murders, I think some responsability is needed. If a movie had a racist serial killer going around brutally killing non whites, would people say it's an entertaining movie? Nope. There would be backlash. But somehow it's fine when it's women getting killed...

2025-06-27 14:08:06 +0000 UTCOne of the best watch along experiences I've had with you guys; the movie ticked off every bad trope but yet, I was entertained...mostly. The first half was significantly more entertaining as I felt the director did a good job at creating anticipation and atmosphere with the lighting and setting, but the earnest charm started wearing off real quick once the gore came into play. It was utterly laughable. I mean I shouldn't be laughing my ass of when a woman is being sliced in half like butter but the composition of the scene combined with the prosthetics really tickled my funny bone, and the movie turned into a parody of itself. But still, watching it with you guys made it a fun time. 2/5 Answers.
