it’s a tv show about vampires who eat human for fun. i think we can expect some morally questionable things from the characters. it’s okay if it’s not your cup of tea, but i think it’s a pretty accurate representation of an unhealthy vampiric relationship. everything they do is extreme.

2025-07-25 18:15:51 +0000 UTCWhat a terrible episode - not in quality, but in content. I didn't expect such brutality, but here they showed domestic violence with vampire sauce. Honestly, it was hard to watch. All my sympathy for Lestat disappeared. The way he behaved with Claudia, calling her a "mistake" was already very bad, but the fight with Louis, what happened in the sky - I don't even want to mention it, it's unforgivable brutality. And yes, if Louis in the present thinks that he is not a victim, and Lestat is not an abuser, then this is denial of the highest level!

2025-07-23 18:17:15 +0000 UTCMy 29th birthday is gonna be vampire themed, mainly Twilight because it's what most my friends know, because I've been obsessed with them since I was like 8 years old, but I'm sneaking a lot of easter eggs for other vampire media. Lestat is one of my favorite vampires ever, and Sam Reid only made it worse for me LOL. I love how all three of them are unreliable narrators. Lestat is definitely my favorite character because as soon as he's on the screen he's just the most entertaining to me.
