This is definitely one of my favourite episodes in this show too. I love that Doyeong's character and his restraint is really built up by the physical and verbal aspects here. The more we learn about him when we see how he's a skilled fighter and he only raises his voice this once with Yeonjin adds to the feeling of restraint we've seen in him. He's not quiet and detached, but the type you should be afraid to trigger. He's like the opposite of Jaejun. Which brings me to my next thought...I read things very differently when I saw the scene where Yesol witnessed Jaejun beat up the teacher. It's the perfect way to ruin the future that Jaejun wanted to setup with his daughter. You may remember how he tried to curb his language around her and make a good impression when he met up with her by the pedestrian crossing (although he messed up with his swearing anyway and saw Yesol's look of disgust). Whether Dongeun set things up for Yesol to see Jaejun's outburst or not, it actually does work well as a form of revenge on him. In terms of feeling angry that the other male teacher handed over the photos, but didn't go to the police himself...there's generally a big fear of retribution in South Korea. If the teacher turned it in, the media attention that would turn onto such a scandal at a prestigious school would likely mean that the principal would bring the hammer down on the whistle-blower for wrecking the school's reputation. As much as you'd think the parents should be happy someone stepped forward, some could care less about their children's safety and more about the negative publicity. Luckily, this case is a little different because of the way Dongeun played it. Jaejun doesn't care about repercussions when it comes to his assault on others (you can see this from his track record) and Doyeong then naturally has a fall guy in Jaejun having to pay a settlement for that while Doyeong can just take the legal route to press civil and criminal charges as a parent. All in all, it's all very cleverly played by all parties, but Jaejun gets the short end of the stick.
