The process is not automatic but manual. It is me, during my connection, who identifies the new patreons and sends the emails.

-> How long does the unlocking last?
Files and unlock codes are officially associated with the current month.
Then, I realize that it can be frustrating for a new month-end subscriber not to be entitled to a full month of unlocking.
So I integrated a notion of unlocking range.
To put it simply, for example, the June unlock code also works for all versions of July games.
-> If I encounter a technical problem or a bug, who should I contact?
If this problem is related to my game, to me of course :)
I try to answer as quickly as possible and of course I try to find solutions.
When you contact me, the more background information you give me, the easier it will be for me to find a solution.
The minimum to provide is:
- game version
- the current section where the problem occurred (visible by clicking on F1)
- the VR set you use (or desktop)
- your operating system and graphics card
- whether the problem is systematic or random
- a screenshot would be a plus to help
Then any other information that seems useful to you.
-> I would like the game to include another character or a specific animation, is this possible?
Yes, under certain common sense conditions.
The character must be free of rights (in other words that I can exploit it in the game).
The model must be available (in other words indicated where it can be recovered).
Then other criteria may come into play (my availability, for example, etc.).
-> Is it paying to ask for a specific character?
No, at least not on top of the Patreon subscription you already pay for.
-> I would like to participate in the evolution of the game (new animation, etc...), is this possible?
YES ! I also need help!

Les fichiers et code de déblocage sont, officiellement, associé au mois en cours.
Ensuite, j'ai conscience que cela peut être frustrant, pour un nouvel abonné de fin de mois, de ne pas avoir droit à un mois complet de déblocage.
J'ai donc intégré une notion de plage de déblocage.
Pour faire simple, par exemple, le code de déblocage de juin fonctionne également pour toutes les versions des jeux de juillet.

Si ce problème est lié à mon jeu, à moi bien sur :)
J’essaye de répondre aussi vite que possible et bien sur je m'attache à trouver des solutions.
Lorsque vous me contacter, plus vous me donnerez d'information sur le contexte, plus facile sera pour moi de trouver une solution.
Le minimum à fournir est :
- la version du jeu
- le § en cours où s'est produit le problème (visible en cliquant sur F1)
- le set VR que vous utilisez (ou desktop)
- votre système d'exploitation et carte graphique
- si le problème est systématique ou aléatoire
- un screenshot serait un plus pour aider

Oui, suivant certaines conditions qui découlent du bon sens.
Le personnage doit être libre de droit (en d'autres termes que je puisse l'exploiter dans le jeu).
Le modèle doit être disponible (en d'autres termes indiqué où celui ci peut être récupéré).
Puis d'autres critères peuvent intervenir (ma disponibilité par exemple...).
-> Demander un personnage spécifique est il payant ?
Non, du moins ne se rajoute pas à l'abonnement Patreon que vous payez déjà.
-> J'aimerai participer à l'évolution du jeu (nouvelle animation, etc...), est ce possible ?
