Scars of History: Allied Bombings were justified
Added 2018-11-25 12:47:35 +0000 UTCThe bombing of Dresden, Hamburg, Nagasaki and Hiroshima are historic events that are still topic of debate and controversy to this very day, and I believe unjustly so.
In this video I present to you why the controversy and debate itself is hollow and without much merit. That the bombings were justified and helped end a war. That it became unavoidable from the start of the war. That it was the result of a German defeat and not of allied viciousness. And that the idea of these bombings somehow make the allies "just as bad" as the axis, is nonsense.
But I wish to also show you how the victim myth and the myth of the allied war crime that is being perpetuated by this debate, ignores a very important aspect of war, that we, who find ourselves at peace, often ignore when viewing such events.
