The quest for a monetized video.

I'll tell you a little secret, I have not had a video fully monetized on my youtube channel in over 3 years. Mostly the topics are just not deemed as ad friendly by youtube. Sometimes videos just get claimed. For example, the "Trump's biggest Failuire" China video was claimed by a record company whose music was uploaded and falsely presented to me as "royalty free". Because of that the estimated 4 000 to 15 000 dollars in ad revenue that this video made with it's 3 million views went in it's entirety to that record company. An example of how youtube deems some videos too controversial for advertising, is basically almost every single one I recently made. The Turkey series included topics such as the Armenian genocide, the shortcomings of shariah law, the xenophobic politics of the late 1950s, and current political controversies in Turkey. All of which are topics that youtube deems controversial.

I am coming to you with this post because I would really like to have another fully monetized video again. Especially if it manages to be successful and get a million or so views. For this purpose I will be putting effort into finding topics to cover that are not controversial. And would like for one out of three of my videos to monetized.
