I do have to say that I feel quite uneasy that you are apologizing for something that should not be seen as reasonably being your fault. Please take your time and don’t fall into the trap of: „Lost time“. The entire concept makes no sense so don’t worry about human brainworms that will only take more time of your life than they give you through anxiety motivation. A stressed heart is one that earns you a heart attack and high cortisol (the likely cause of many a man‘s „weak heart“) kills. So do take care of yourself and don’t let us hanging by working yourself to death -if I may be so forsch to over dramatize in order to get my point across-
