In addition - I don't like idea about EU competing with USA/China as some of the higher officials are trying to put it in way 'we can make deals with both to show we are big boys..'. It's short-sighted as it was to deal with Russia before and would play exactly to the Chinese hands. Europe is under USA protective umbrella for tens of years and doing just fine as economic or military partners. Asperations of some former great powers within EU are really not something EU should follow. Also I can't agree with a point of Chinese citizen and just hearing 'you are doing it correctly' from China is a huge warning for me to stop and think it once more just in case ;) Tone of his (paraphrased) message e.g. 'how China is more advanced and was before thousands of years' etc... well it sounds a little bit arrogant - same as China often sounds in diplomatic speeches ..

2022-12-17 20:27:06 +0000 UTCInteresting video, good job and I really liked all these 'reconciliation animations', nicely showing that it's much more important than of the first glance :) I think current struggle we need to solve is some countries aspirations to be a great powers or at least leaders of all small (France / Germany), while other countries wish for 'economic ties, but less political power'. Actually great solution was in your previous video about Danube vicinity and other 'regions of the common interests'. Seems to me as a much better way, how to balance interests of different groups, without loosing ability to quickly react (logically few bigger blocks is much easier to find a middle ground with)
