Battery hoses and screws.
Added 2017-11-05 16:10:20 +0000 UTCAfter some testing I’ve printed flexible braided battery hoses and fittings. Basically you have s flexible hose, a plastic inner (all printed) which keeps the shape. At the battery and foot end I’m making magnetic latches which connect the battery screws to the battery and foot alike. This means you can remove the hoses ( or if someone pulls them) there’s no damage and removable for transit.
