Opening Charge Port - Option for new builds.
Added 2018-01-06 11:30:33 +0000 UTCI've added a folder in the main body with "mods & upgrades" in. I've added an opening charge port in this, it replaces MB-ring2-1 and MB-ring2-2. Obviously you can't retro fit and it would be extremely hard to create something that you could "dremel" out and fit but it's an option for new builds. Note, I've not completed the door, only the frame. The hinges are the same as the rest of the build. Happy printing, Mike

2018-04-16 11:12:49 +0000 UTCOK, I've fixed the main model, the Archive contains the In the "Modification" folder I've added two options. 1) A standalone Magnet Holder, where if you've printed and fitted the main body parts, you can dremel or cut the magnet holder out to allow the door to close, tidy up and glue in the standalone Magnet Holder. 2) A door with a recess, this allows the model to stay "as is" and has a recess in the door for the magnet holder. The challenge is finding a thin piece of steel (1mm x 6mm or thinner) to fit in the door, but it would work I think. Sorry.

2018-01-07 07:15:46 +0000 UTCI printed out the parts but the door doesn't close because of the bit in the lower right corner of the opening which, I assume, is to hold a magnet to help keep the door closed. Am I doing something wrong here?
