R2 Tray n stuff
Added 2018-01-13 16:18:49 +0000 UTCThe R2 Jedi Tray is virtually finished for the two leg mode. Gotta do the three leg arms but that isn’t a big job. Files are in the wip folder (v2) if you want to play. I’ll publish the files and instructions soon to my lovely Patreons and publicly a few weeks later. Next is a couple of improvements and I’ve also (gasp) started the new design concepts for the 2-3-2 mechanism. This will take a while as it’s one of the more complex things in R2 so don’t get too excited. It will work with the modular body. The puzzle is room for batteries but we’ll see. I’ve also recorded a very rough first test for the Fusion videos, getting started with Fusion to help those who want to design their own stuff. This will go out to my dedicated Patreons ($5 and above) soon along with the fusion design for the Jedi Tray. Happy printing! <br><br>Mike

Sounds good - just wanted to check before I start on some fixes/updates to my droid in the next month or two. He made it through the Oct-Dec, but is in the shop for now until I circle back and have some time for fixes/updates/touch-ups before the spring.
