R4 Jig for Styrene builds (Will be releasing the printed R4 dome though).

I've done a R4 Jig for the curved pieces on the dome if you're doing a styrene version.... I've done two versions, one with holes for vac forming. Suggest PETG as PLA won't hold up under the heat. I've added marking / cut slits so you can oversize, shape and then mark / cut. It's made for 2mm Styrene (can do other versions if needed but 2mm should work). Prints in 3 pieces for a 200x200 print bed and bolts together with 4mm bolts. May be useful to grab a copy of the files for building the dome? https://1drv.ms/f/s!AjIlFUf9uEzogf0ukiH_2kbeSUhmDA

This is a direct link, but it's in the open share anyhow....

Happy printing,

I’ll cut it this week (remind me).

All was well until I went to pint part 2. It is just too big for my printer. :(

How about a reverse data panel door to start with? IE a negative buck in the form of the data panel door. So a rectangle that has a depression of the data panel door. maybe 1 inch tall or what ever that is in mm.

Lol, ask and I’ll see what I can do :-)

We can make requests?? Hey now, I have a few. :)

Nope, this was a request from someone building at the moment.

Have you done other 3D printed bucks before?

Not tested them, so let me know your thoughts.

Cool! Going to print these and try a few pulls. PETG in the mail now.
