R7 Dome continues
Added 2018-03-29 08:56:49 +0000 UTCThe basic dome is virtually complete, it's going to be an interesting print / build. The main details stripes will have to be part of the main dome. (Making them removable will lead to all sorts of warping / print issues I think). I'll release with the stripes and rear large panel as part of the dome so it will need masking. I'd suggest painting the dome colour first and masking that to paint / finish the silver. All the lower panels are separate as usual. The top of the dome will also be separate. The finished dome does look nice, think this will be a special one :-)
I will release the single print for the Cr10 - 500 peeps! and a cut version.
