Like all great infernal lords, Eliphas possesses a demonic form that embodies the raw essence of his power. When he abandons himself to his true nature, he becomes ‘the Beast’, a chimerical and nightmarish creature combining the features of a lion, a goat, a bear, a panther and a scorpion. This abomination embodies with terrifying power his title of Antichrist, Lord of the Earth.
In this form, Eliphas reaches a colossal stature, comparable to that of the Lords of Sin in their true appearances. His strength is unmatched in Hell, and if he had ever unleashed this creature on Earth, the angels would have spotted him immediately. This chilling hypothesis alone is enough to convince Lucifer to snatch his son from the human world to protect him... and to protect the fragile balance between Heaven and Hell.
But this transformation is far from being only an asset. Lucifer hates this form: for him, it is a reflection of his own failure, a monstrous mirror of the Hell he created and renounced. Every time he looks at ‘the Beast,’ he sees the downfall of his kingdom and the curse that hangs over his son.
Éliphas, for his part, bears this burden with pain. He strives to behave well, to restrain the creature lurking within him, but the call of the Beast remains incessant. He knows that one day, he will no longer be able to pretend. On that day, he will have to choose: tame the Beast and make it a tool... or give in to it and unleash the fury of the Antichrist upon the world.
