Archaic Sketchbook Vol.2
Added 2023-12-20 01:10:48 +0000 UTCI'm finally feeling better after being sick for about 2 weeks. Worst of it was not being able to smell/taste anything. I don't remember what day I did these studies but they were early in the morning. There's this cool kung fu move I was curious about and started with a doodle of Orin doing it without reference. After a silly attempt I decided to look up what I learned is called "Monkey going up the tree". Found a lot of variations. It was fun to draw.
I got around to cleaning yesterday finally. I usually just take the day off when I do but decided to do these studies later in the night before starting to draw the Shinobu/Lamretta poll drawing. The warm proved really helpful as I had been focused on working on game work and commission work for most of last week. Very little study time. Trying to push my understanding of different angles, specifically lower and higher ones.
