Last weekend yielded a lot of draw-worthy scenes in our Pathfinder game night. It's a campaign that's getting more and more epic as it pits the characters against demons of the Worldwound (a portal to hell), and we're starting to realise it's up to us to close it.
tl;dr: Jax got naked and Jax got (illusionory) wings. =D
Jax was hit by a sickness spell by a Fallen one that gave him bubonic plague; his fellow rogue Cham (my daughter's character) was able to heal him with a potion, but before entering the city, the cleric there still insisted that Jax strip down to see if there were any bubos on him still. The cleric's demand may or may not have been influenced by the fact that he has a crush on Jax. He also may or may not have been serious, but Jax did him the favour anyway. Thereby displaying the reason why he doesn't have a tail (it was removed when he was a baby).
Afterwards, our party went to a shrine to the demon lord Baphomet (which had formerly a shrine to the butterfly-dreams-night-goddess Desna, whom Jax worships). We somehow expected minimal resistance and suddenly found ourselves faced with six anti-paladins, a warlock and her pet monster. Our paladin went down almost immediately, leaving it to Jax and Cham to somehow turn the odds. Jax cast Illusion upon himself to give himself butterfly wings and made them believe (briefly) that he was an aspect of the goddess whose shrine the demons had desecrated. My daughter's rogue Cham then did turn the tide by stealing magical effects from the enemy warlock, rendering her pretty much helpless.
