杖システムをリメイクし、新たに2本の杖を追加。

Fixed known bugs
Optimized the timing for casting the "Senpo Tachi" skill.
Rewrote the logic for Frozen and Poisoned status effects
The weapon "Frost Moon" now has a 50% chance to trigger Frozen status
Adjusted the attack mechanics of new enemies
Added one new enemy
Added two new pieces of equipment
Onii-chan now has a maximum of 20 hits per second
Onii-chan will now fall to the next map layer when dropping into a hole0.40 Update Log:
Added a stat window for Onii-chan; hovering the mouse over the avatar shows detailed stats.
Revamped the staff system and added two new staves.
Introduced three new items and one new piece of equipment.
Reworked the "Senpo Tachi" skill.
Optimized the issue of getting stuck against walls.
