• ゲームの最初の体験版をリリースしてから4ヶ月半が経ちました。開発作業に追われる中、皆さんにゲームの進捗や今後の方向性について詳しくお伝えする機会がなかなか取れませんでした。しかし、最近、大量のアニメーション原稿を集中的に仕上げたことで、ようやくバージョン0.5の公開前に、ゲームの現状についてお話しする時間を作ることができました。

• 発売日が近づくにつれ、コメントを通して、多くの方がゲームが予定通りのクオリティでリリースできるのか懸念されていることを拝見しました。まずは結論からお伝えしますと、4月に発売予告を出した際の想定を超える作業量が発生しているため、ゲームのリリースは延期が必要となります。具体的な計画につきましては、12月初旬の記事で詳しく説明させていただきますが、現時点では必要な作業量を正確に見積もるため、もう少しお時間をいただきたいと思います。とはいえ、現在の予測では、延期後のリリース時期は2025年2月から6月の間になる見込みで、この範囲を超えることはないと考えています。

• また、10月の「いもうととの生活」に関する更新内容が十分でなかったことについても、コメントで多くのご指摘をいただきました。この点については、理由をしっかりと説明させていただきます。大きな理由の一つは、9月から非常に多くのフレーム数を含むアニメーションを制作していたことです。さらに、経験不足もあり、100フレーム以上描いた後に、期待していた効果が得られなかったため、一部のアニメーションを1フレームずつ修正する必要がありました。この結果、10月に予定していた内容の実装が遅れることになりました。

• It’s been four and a half months since the release of the game’s first demo. With development taking up most of my time, I haven’t had the opportunity to share detailed updates on the game’s progress and future direction. However, after focusing intensely on completing a significant number of animation drafts, I finally have some time before the release of version 0.5 to discuss the current state of the game with everyone.

• As the announced release date approaches, I’ve seen many comments expressing concerns about whether the game can be released on time and at the expected quality. To address this, let me start with the conclusion: the workload has exceeded what was anticipated when the release was first announced in April, so it will be necessary to postpone the release to continue development. Specific plans will be shared in detail in an article in early December, as we still need more time to evaluate how much additional work is required to meet the desired level of content for release. However, based on current projections, even with the delay, the release is expected to happen between February and June 2025, and it will not extend beyond this range.

• Additionally, the October updates for the “life with the Imouto” content fell short overall, as many comments have pointed out. I’d like to explain the reasons behind this. One significant factor is that since September, we’ve been working on animations with a very high frame count. Due to a lack of experience, after completing over 100 frames, the results didn’t meet expectations, and we had to go back and revise the animations frame by frame. This led to delays in implementing content that was originally planned for October.

• 从游戏的第一个体验版发布至今也有4个半月了，因为忙于游戏开发，一直没有机会和大家谈一谈游戏开发的状况和未来的方向等，最近因为集中画完了大量动画稿件，在0.5版本发布前终于有机会和大家闲聊一下游戏的情况。

• 因为临近预告的发售时间，我看到很多评论表达了对游戏能否如期按照预想的质量发售的担忧，在这里我首先要给出一个结论：因为工作量超过了4月份发布游戏预告时的预期，所以接下来是需要延期继续开发的，具体的计划将会在12月初的文章中详细说明，因为当前仍然需要一些时间去评估接下来需要多长时间才能完成预期中足够发售的内容量。目前只能预测，即使延期，也是延期至25年的2月到6月之间，不会超过这个范围。

• 10月整体的和meimei一起生活的部分内容更新的量是不理想的，这一点同样也在大家的评论中频繁出现，在这里也必须要和大家解释一下原因。之所以会这样，有两个原因，其一是从9月开始我们一直在绘制帧数非常多的动画，并且因为经验不足的原因，在绘制完一百多帧后，因为效果不及预期，不得不继续逐帧对动画进行修改，这导致了原本预期在10月实装的内容出现了延误。

• もう一つの理由は、0.4バージョンの期間中に戦闘関連のゲームプレイコードを大幅に最適化したことです。0.1バージョンの段階で計画されたコードでは、今後のバージョンで求められるより複雑なゲームプレイには対応できず、新しいコンテンツを追加するには大規模な改修が必要でした。この作業には非常に多くの時間と労力がかかりました。

• 一般的には、ほとんどのゲームが毎月の更新頻度で体験版を公開することはありません。ですが、私たちはこの方法を選びました。経験不足である私たちが、できる限り早く皆さんのフィードバックを受け取り、それを元に開発の方向性を調整することで、独りよがりの開発による問題を避けたいと考えたからです。ただし、ゲーム開発のプロセスは線形的ではないため、1ヶ月という短期間で完全なゲームプレイシーンを仕上げるのは非常に難しい状況です。そのため、現時点では、美術や基本機能は実装されているものの、肝心のゲームプレイ部分が未完成であったり、複数の小さなゲームプレイ要素がまだ統合されておらず、大規模なゲームプレイシーンとしてまとめきれていない状態が多く残っています。

• 皆さんが現在プレイされているゲームは、まだ基礎的なゲームプレイしか備わっていない、不完全な体験版に過ぎません。これは、私たちが目指している完成形のゲーム体験にはまだ遠く及ばない状態です。そして、これが開発を延期してさらに取り組むべきだと決断した主な理由となっています。

• Another reason is that during the development of version 0.4, we focused heavily on optimizing the battle-related gameplay code. The original code, which was written based on the plans for version 0.1, could no longer support the more complex gameplay features planned for future updates. A significant overhaul was necessary to allow for the addition of new content, and this process consumed a tremendous amount of time and effort.

• Typically, most games don’t release demo versions with monthly updates. However, we chose this approach because we wanted to gather your feedback as quickly as possible and adjust our development direction accordingly, especially given our lack of experience. This was our way of avoiding issues caused by developing in isolation. That said, game development doesn’t follow a strictly linear process, and in most cases, a single month isn’t enough to complete an entire gameplay scene. As a result, a large portion of the current content has its visuals and core functions implemented, but the actual gameplay mechanics are still incomplete. Additionally, many smaller gameplay elements remain unconnected and have yet to be integrated into a cohesive, large-scale gameplay scene.

• The version you’re playing now is still an incomplete demo, offering only the foundational gameplay. It’s far from the fully realized game experience we aim to deliver. This gap between the current state and our envisioned final product is the main reason we’ve decided to delay development and continue working on it.

• 另一个原因是整个0.4版本我们对战斗相关的玩法代码进行了大幅度的优化，因为以0.1版本时的规划来写的代码已经无法满足后续版本更为复杂的玩法需求，必须进行大幅度的重制才能继续填充新的内容，这些同样消耗了大量的时间精力。

• 通常来说，绝大部分的游戏都不会选择以每月更新的频率放出游戏的体验版，而我们选择了这种方式，是因为我们想在经验不足的前提下，尽可能地通过及时地获取大家的反馈来调整游戏的开发方向，以避免因为闭门造车所造成的一系列问题。因为游戏的开发流程并非是线性推进的，绝大部分情况下一个月的时间是不足以完成一个完整的玩法场景的，所以目前有相当一部分内容是仅实装了美术和功能，但是没有实装玩法、更没有将几个小型的玩法串联统合成一个大型的玩法场景的状态。

• 目前的大家玩到的游戏，还仅仅是一个仅有玩法雏形的、内容不完整的体验版本。
  这离我们预期的完整游戏体验还有相当一段距离，也是决定要延期继续开发的主因。

• 私たちは一体どんなゲームを作りたいと思っているのか？きっとこれが皆さんが最も気になっていることのひとつだと思います。
  簡単に言えば、「世界を驚かせるようなゲーム」を作りたいと考えています。
  そのために、ゲーム内で大量の高精度な手描きアニメーションを描くことに挑戦しています。そして、それをただ再生するだけのアニメーションにするのではなく、ゲーム内の選択肢や戦略的なプレイを通じて、アニメーションの内容をプレイヤーが変化させられるようにしたいのです。
  プレイヤーには、ゲームの主人公として、日常生活の細かいディテールまで体験していただける、そんなゲームを目指しています。

• What kind of game do we want to create? I’m sure this is one of the questions you’re most curious about.
  To put it simply, we want to make a game that truly "shocks the world."
  To achieve this, we’ve taken on the ambitious challenge of creating a large number of high-quality hand-drawn animations for the game. But we don’t want these animations to just play passively; instead, we’re designing them to change dynamically based on your in-game choices and strategic gameplay.
  Our goal is to create an experience where you, as the protagonist can fully immerse yourself in the intimate daily life with your girl, down to the finest details.

• 我们究竟想做一个什么样的游戏呢？想必这也是大家非常关心的一个问题。
  简单的来说，我们是想做一个“给世界带来震撼”的游戏的。
  所以我们选择了在游戏中挑战去绘制大量的高精度手绘动画，并且不仅仅是作为动画播放而已，而是打算让大家能够通过游戏中的互动选项和策略玩法来改变动画的内容，尽可能地作为游戏的主角来体验生活的日常细节的。

  

• そのため、作画量を減らせるような手法はすべて排除しました。例えば、視点の切り替えを小さなカットで済ませるのではなく、視点が変わるたびに、そのシーン全体を一からしっかりと描き起こしています。私たちは、ゲーム内のすべての画面が連続性を持ち、論理的に繋がるものにしたいと考えています。どの瞬間も時間や空間の流れを感じられるようにし、不自然な視点切り替えや画面構成によってその流れが途切れることを避けたいのです。

• That’s why we decided to avoid any shortcuts that could reduce the drawing workload. For instance, instead of using small cuts to simulate perspective changes, we fully draw out each new perspective from scratch. Our aim is to make every scene in the game seamless and logically connected, ensuring that the flow of time and space feels natural. We want to avoid anything that could break the continuity of the game’s visuals or disrupt the immersive experience.

• 为此我们放弃了所有可以减少作画量的方案，例如我们没有使用任何小分镜来体现多视角的切换，遇到需要切换视角的时候，我们都会实打实的把这个视角完整的画出来，因为我们试图让游戏中的每一个画面都是连续的、符合逻辑的，不希望被任何不属于这种画面逻辑的部分来割裂游戏中时间和空间的连续性。

  

• ゲーム以外の部分でも、私たちはシンプルでモダンなデザインを目指し、ゲーム全体をスタイリッシュで軽やか、そして誰でも受け入れやすい印象に仕上げたいと考えています。これによって、エロゲーに対する「粗雑」「大味」といった従来のイメージを一新し、「エロゲーの新しい形」を定義していきたいと思っています。

• Outside of the gameplay itself, we’re also focusing on creating a clean, modern design to give the game a stylish, approachable, and lightweight feel. We aim to break away from the traditional perception of ero games as rough or low-quality and redefine what an ero game can truly be.

• 在游戏以外的部分，我们也希望尽可能用简约的、现代化的艺术设计，让这个游戏看起来时尚、轻松、易于接受，我们希望以此来改变色色游戏一贯给人的粗糙印象，重新定义什么是色色游戏。

• そして、皆さんが特に気にされている本番シーンについてですが、他のアニメーションと同じく、ただ単調なループを繰り返すだけのアニメーションを作るつもりはありません。プレイヤー自身の選択や操作によって、アニメーションの内容が変化するようにしたいと考えています。そのため、この部分のアニメーションは非常に作画量が多く、制作難易度も高いものになっています。現在も一生懸命取り組んでいる最中ですので、進展があり次第、今後の記事で詳細をお知らせします。

• As for the segs scenes that everyone is curious about, we’re approaching them with the same philosophy as the other animations. We’re not simply creating repetitive loops. Instead, we want the animations to adapt and change based on the player’s choices and actions. Because of this, the animation in these scenes requires an extraordinary amount of work and is particularly challenging to create. We’re still hard at work on this, and we’ll share more details about our progress in future updates.

• 最后是大家关心的本番内容，我们采用了和绘制其他动画同样的逻辑，我们不打算仅仅只绘制一段循环的单调动画，我们打算让玩家可以通过自己的选择和操作来改变动画的内容，所以这部分的动画作画量和难度非常的高，我们仍然还在努力攻克这部分动画，如果有了新的进展，会在未来的文章中公布。
