Delay
Added 2024-10-07 04:05:36 +0000 UTCI’ll post tomorrow. Spent the day in the ER with my girlfriend. Not asking for pity, but it’s a pretty good excuse.
EDIT: I can thank you all enough for the kind words. Meg went to sleep Saturday in a lot of discomfort and woke up screaming on Sunday. She could barely move. It took a friend and myself to get her downstairs and into the car. The ER was super busy. It took five hours just to be seen, and I was there for another five. Meg was admitted, given painkillers , muscle relaxers, etc. She is still in the hospital for observation, but it looks like she’ll be discharged tomorrow night. Nothing is broken, and it’s not a disc-related problem as far as I know. Mostly just incredibly bad muscle cramps/spasms. She was in good spirits today, and is able to walk unassisted. We watched whatever horror movies were on AMC in her hospital room. (Pumpkinhead, The Fly [1986], and Halloween 5)
