No one is quite sure how he got his nickname, some speculate it is from his first kill, others speculate it is because he can't handle his liqueur, either way no one dares to ask.
Eugene makes for a great wrestler, henchman, muscle or even a Magic Mike style stripper. Whatever works for your narratives, your imagination is the limit.

Could be. It is vague and ambiguous. Maybe Double Tap was already taken? Or maybe he shot twice but really dragged out that second bullet, like left the guy bleeding out or maybe he ran and he had to chase him 3 blocks before putting the second into his skull...
