2.3.0-beta.4—Chat animations, in-game delay when offline, etc
Added 2021-03-11 04:58:41 +0000 UTCGetting closer to releasing this to the public. This update fixes a few bugs that have been reported and adds a few more things that need testing. Please try it out and if you notice anything weird, please report it in the Discord.
1. Adds Arte's controller polling logic to induce more "console-like" behavior for overclocked adapters
2. Attempts to fix rumble bug in previous beta versions (let me know if you still encounter this issue)
3. Adds chat animations and improved UI (thanks rapito)
4. Adds in-game delay when offline (no longer need to use the Dolphin netplay to add delay)
5. Random stage can select FoD in singles again
6. Non-English characters in ISO path should work again
