I wanted this pic to feel old-school, obviously! But at the same time I wanted WW to be more buff than she was depicted back then.
I took the color scheme from classic illustrations of her, and added the halftone dots for an even more old-school feel.
I wanted something that felt like it could've come off a lunchbox... though maybe owned by someone quite kinky ;)

I first started sketching her with her hair free of the tape... but that idea never seems to ..stick for me. Had huge issues deciding on how her face would look. Basically went through several faces. For some reason I couldn't get her nose to feel right in this style. Looking at them all new, I can't even decide if I went with the right one in the end.

Anyway, thanks for all your suggestions for characters!
It was nice not having a poll - usually I just get anxious to get started while waiting for the poll to end haha
But it also stressed me out a bit - I still kind of want to do all 30-ish entrants on the suggestions list. Maybe I will. eventually ... :D
