Still unable to upload consistently

Images are a lot harder to post to my patron than just discord for some reason. It is nearly impossible. I tried using my phones hotspot to upload some images but it is a HUGE pain constantly changing between that and my wifi. Images (even small images) take anywhere from 10-30 minutes to upload and 80% of the time fail. I tried everything I can to fix it. Called my internet provider multiple times and they cant find the issue. I am at my wits end.
So yeah I'm aware my posts have been a little behind in comparison to the discords art channel.
Im still trying every other hour of the day to get things to post here. I might just post in batches using my phones hotspot idk. Thanks and sorry
